About me
Growing up undiagnosed with ADHD/Autism, I felt like a stranger in my own life. Social anxiety, depression, irrational fears, and chronic health struggles shaped my childhood. Friendships felt impossible, rejection hurt deeply, and I constantly masked myself to fit in—only to feel unseen and unheard.
My parents, overwhelmed and unaware, couldn’t understand my sensitivities. I carried the heavy belief that something was wrong with me.
It wasn’t until I learned I’m neurodivergent that everything made sense.
